William H. "Will" Richards, 52, of Sioux City, IA, passed away June 17, 2024.  A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, June 24th at 3:00 p.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.  Military honors will be provided by the United States Army.

Will was born on February 12, 1972, in Sioux City, IA to William and Wendy (Weimer) Richards.  He enlisted into the United States Army where he served for over 10 years before being honorably discharged.  Will worked at several places in Sioux City, with his last as a security guard for Empirical Foods.  He loved to ride his motorcycle, hang out with friends, and eat good food.  His sense of humor (although sometimes dark) always kept you laughing and on your toes.  Will was a prankster and had a deep love for his family, who will miss him greatly.

Those left to honor his memory include his sisters: Wenetta Crissinger and Wenona Kinnaman; his father, William Richards; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Wendy Weimer-Richards.
