Victoria L. Eickholt, 62, of Sioux City, passed away Monday, October 26, 2015 at Embassy Healthcare Community in Sergeant Bluff. A visitation will be held from 4-8 pm, Friday, October 30, 2015 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. A private family burial will be held at a later date.

Vicky was born on December 8, 1952 in Sioux City, the daughter of Leo and Avis (Dickson) Eickholt. She graduated from Lawton-Bronson High School in 1970, and graduated from nursing school in 1972. She worked as an LPN for many years, then received her RN and worked for Mercy Medical Center.

Vicky enjoyed doing crafts: knitting, crocheting, sewing, she would make caps and scarves and donate them to the June E. Nylen Cancer Center. She also played the organ, piano and would sing in church. She was an member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Vicky raised her nephew Jason and niece Monique as her own children.

Survivors include her siblings Cathy (Jim) Gibson of Dakota Dunes, Larry (Helen) Eickholt of Sioux City, and Stuart (Sandy) Eickholt of Sioux City, nephew Jason Eickholt, nieces Monique Titus, and many other nieces and nephews.

Vicky was preceded in death by her parents and brother Leo.
