Services are being held Friday, January 22, 2021 at the Four Direction Community Center, Sioux City. Funeral Service will be 10:00am Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the Four Direction Community Center. Burial will be in Hobu Creek Cemetery, Lindsey, NE.

Tracy was born on March 7, 1964 to Doris (Campbell) and Richard Nieman in Sioux City, Iowa. She was the 2 ^nd oldest of 4 daughters; Sandra, Lesley and Lori.

Tracy lived most of her life in Sioux City and the tri-state area. She was a brave and adventurous woman. She took many chances in life and loved to travel whenever she got the chance. She made many wonderful and cherishing memories with her loving mother, sisters, aunts, uncles, and her many cousins.

Tracy was a loving and hard working mother and grandmother having a variety of jobs throughout her years in Sioux City. She loved her daily activities, watching her westerns, walking the town, dancing through her disco days, listening to music, cooking for others and trying new restaurants and foods. Tracy was a resilient and selfless woman in her faith. She loved giving back and being of service when able to, and loved giving a helping hand.

Tracy is survived by her five beautiful children; Rudy and Elizabeth Castro, Juan and Rosario Magallanes; Thomas Wambdi White of Santee, Ne; her six loving grandchildren, Allan, and Andrew Castro, Rachel, Stephanie, and Daniel Chavez Castro; and Cristian Lara all of Sioux City; her sisters, Sandra Guadarrama, Lesley Nieman and Lori Neiman all of Sioux City; as well as many other family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents Doris and Richard Nieman; her daughter and long-time companion Grace and Christopher Chapman; grandson Carlos; parents Richard and Doris Nieman; and grandparents Frank and Florence Campbell.
