Thomas A. Turney, 90 of Waterbury, Ne., died Friday, May 19, 2017. Celebration of Life will be held 7:00pm Wednesday, May 24, 2017at the Ponca Evangelical Free Church, 704 W. 4th Street. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.
