Thomas E. Lake, 67, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020, surrounded by his family. Service will be held at a later date.

Thomas was born on March 19, 1953 to William and Marian (Kenney) Lake and was raised in Sioux City. He attended East high School.Thomas then enlisted in the US Navy and served 12 years. He was aboard the USS Intrepid in Vietnam and then served at the US Naval Bases in the Philippines and Bremerton, Washington. He returned to Sioux City and worked for Aalfs mfg and the City of Sioux City before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada for 20 years before returning to Sioux City in 2014.

Thomas enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Mariam, daughters, Christina Ramirez (Rey), and Lisa Lake, both of Seattle, Washington, his brother, Robert, sisters, Nancy and Deborah Sanders (Mike), all of Sioux City, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marian, and his two brothers, Ronald and Frank.
