Thomas J. Fugle, 75, of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at his residence. Celebration of life will be held 10:00am Saturday, January 7th, 2017 at Doxx Warehouse Bar, 1219 5th Street Sioux City, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
Tom was born on January 10, 1941 in Sioux City, the son of Salmer and Bernadine (Schumacher) Fugle. Tom graduated from Central High School in Sioux City. He married Connie Anderson in 1969 to together they had a daughter, Natasha. Connie and Tom later divorced. Tom started dating Jennie Decora on July 4, 1998 and they got married on October 23, 2016.
Tom was self employed most of his life, running a print shop and also selling leather accessories. Tom co-founded The El Forasteros Motorcycle Club in 1962 and was very involved with the MC. He built choppers and was sent all over the world to build choppers for customers requesting him. There are two documentaries featuring Tom, "21 Days Under The Sun" came out in May of 2016 on Netflix, and another by Jesse James called "The History Of The Chopper" on Youtube.
Survivors include his wife, Jennie; daughter, Natash Reanigeu - Hawk and her husband Xavier and their five children of Massachusetts; niece, Ramona Fugle of Sioux City; and his beloved dog, Lakota.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Eugene.
