Theresa A. Campbell, 50, of Sioux City, Iowa went home to be with her Savior on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Embassy Care Center in Sergeant Bluff. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 21, 2011 at Sioux City Baptist Church with Rev. James Pointer officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. Burial will be at a later date.

Theresa “Tete” was born in Sioux City on May 25, 1960 to Clifford and Phyllis (Petersen) Jurgensen. She grew up in Sioux City and attended Sioux City Schools. She was a member of Sioux City Baptist Church. Her interests include Church, bowling, wrestling, latch-hooking, and crossword puzzles. Theresa was a great person and would make friends with everyone.

Survivors include her sister Sherry Jessen and her husband Roger of Sergeant Bluff, brother Larry Jurgensen of Sioux City, three Aunts Connie Anderson, Shirley Uhl, and Karen Adams, niece Kayla Murphy and her son Brady, nephew Darin Hughes, several cousins, and her best friend Sandy McManigal and her husband Ted.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents.
