Terry L. Schrieber, 67 of Laurel, Nebraska, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at his residence surround by his family.

A Celebration of Life time will be held 1 to 3 pm Saturday, April 18, 2015 at his residence in Laurel, Nebraska, with Military Honors provided by the US Navy at 3 pm, followed by a brief service. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa.

Terry Lee Schrieber was born on May 11, 1947 in Laurel, the son of Herman and Marie (Kuhl) Schrieber. He graduated from the Laurel High School, and then enlisted in the Navy. After his honorable discharge, he returned to Laurel. On September 11, 1973 Terry was united in marriage to Beverly Brown in Yankton, South Dakota.

They made their home in Laurel for a few years, before moving to their present home in the country. Terry enjoyed the outdoors, whether camping, boating or just mowing the yard. He loved being a husband, dad and grandfather.

Terry is survived by his wife, Beverly; one son, Tim (Deborah) Schrieber of Coleridge; three daughters, Jennifer (Lewis) Kreifels of North Platte, Michelle (Joseph) Reklaitis of Concord and Heather Schrieber of Laurel; twelve grandchildren, Russell, Wesley, Garrett, Stormie, Micah, Malakai, Johannah, Cory, Sarah, Alyssa, Isabelle and Kaylie; two brothers, Doug (Susan) Schrieber of Pender and Lynn Schrieber of South Sioux City, two sisters, Linda (Ronnie) Fulkersin of Millsboro, Delaware and Lisa Schrieber of South Sioux City.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
