Terry "TC" Francis Curry, 75, Lifelong resident of South Sioux City, passed away April 16, 2024, at his home surrounded by family following a lengthy illness. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
Terry "TC" Francis Curry, 75, Lifelong resident of South Sioux City, passed away April 16, 2024, at his home surrounded by family following a lengthy illness. He was born April 14, 1949, to Gerald & Pearl Curry. He attended South Sioux City High School class of 1967. He was an outstanding basketball player, still holding records to this day. TC attended Morningside College on a basketball scholarship and later Wayne State College. His father and grandfather were very involved with the Masons. They both mentored him down the same path. Terry decided to follow in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps working for and later owning Curry Floor & Acoustics CO. May 30th, 1987, he married Lori Ann Miller. To this union, 3 children were born. Some of TC’s passions were Fishing, Playing Pool League, Hunting, Boating, Nebraska Cornhusker Football, and all the simple joys in life. He will always be known for being a dedicated friend, father, and husband.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife; Lori (Miller) Curry; children: Sydney & (David) Muff, Ben Curry & (Dawn Frein), Jake & (Rachael) Curry; grandchildren: Gage Curry, Lennon Curry, Maren Curry, Lauren Toft, Owen Toft, Georgie Muff, Archie Muff, Otto Curry; mother, Pearl (Hansen) Curry; brother: Lance Curry; niece, Tanya Schreier; one great niece and three great nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald Curry; sister, Peggy (Curry) Swanson; and nephew, Tyrone Bridenbaugh.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Siouxland or The Curry family for a memorial bench dedication in TC’s honor at Curry Park.
