Teresa Lynn Hoffman, 53 of Sioux City, passed away Friday, January 30,2015 at a local hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.

Service will be held 11:00AM Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the Four Directions Center in Sioux City. Ron Thomas will be officiating. Interment will be immediately following the service at Holy Faith Cemetery in Hubuku Creek. Wake service will be held 7:00pm Tuesday, February 3, 2015 and Wednesday, February 4, 2015.

Teresa was born Wednesday, November 22, 1961 to the daughter of Clyde and Carmen (Torrez) Hoffman. Teresa was raised in Sioux City; she worked in Norfolk at IBP until retiring in 1999. Teresa also volunteers in the area, especially at Four Directions Center.

Teresa is survived by her mother Carmen Keys of Denver Colorado, three sons Clyde Hoffman of Sioux City, Iowa, Cody Wright of Norfolk, and Dustin Hoffman of Denver Colorado two daughters; Andrea Mace of Sioux City, and Verna Hoffman of Sioux City, three brothers; Clyde Hoffman, Rick Hoffman, and Ronald Hoffman all from Denver, Colorado, two sisters Winona Hoffman of Sioux City and Michelle Barrentos of Denver, Colorado, and her grandchildren Promise Mace, Michael Mace, Chole Mace, Clauda Mace, Cruz Mace, Teyha Hoffman, Alvin Castillo Hoffman, Lilyanna Romero, Giselle Hoffman, Cody Hoffman, Jnae Wright, Gabriella Wright, Yesenia Wright, Abby Wright, Aiyana Wright.

She is preceded in death by her father Clyde, one grandchild Chole Mace, and her grandparents; Victoria C. Redwing, Leslie C. Torrez, Pearl Saul and Taff Hoffman.
