Susan Lynn Lisle

Susan Lynn Lisle, 77, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by her family on February 12, 2026. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, February 28 from 11-1:00 p.m. at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Susan was born on June 22, 1948 in Sioux City, IA to Wilford and Dorothy (Money) Triggs. She graduated from Central high school and was united in marriage to Dale Lisle on March 18, 1967. Susan worked at a variety of places throughout Sioux City. She worked as a jailer, at the concession stand at Bacon Creek for 8 years, as a cook for a daycare, and at Sneaky’s for 9 years. Susan was a wonderful mother and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Dale Lisle; sons: Aaron (Michelle) Lisle and Darreck (Michele) Lisle; grandchildren: Darian, Austin, Christian, and Hunter; great-granddaughter, Willow.

She is preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
