Susan K. Kluver, 65 of Beresford, SD. passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD surrounded by her daughter and grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held 11:00am Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Susan was born August 25, 1956 in Sioux City, IA to Harvey and Isabelle McHenry. Susan married James Kluver on December 15, 1973 in Oto, IA and in this union they had two daughters, Heather and Kathy. They later divorce.

She will always be remembered by her big heart that she had for everyone especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved playing cards games with her grandchildren and winning in every game they played. Her fast acting comments and comebacks were always such a big laugh. There was never a dull moment at family gatherings.

Susan is survived by her two daughters, Kathy Kluver of Beresford, SD, Heather (Timothy Shannon) DeRocher of Lawton, IA, ex son-in-law, Eric (Lisa Wade) DeRocher of Pipestone, MN, grandchildren, Candace (Dillon Pokorney)Kluver of Yankton, SD, Randi (Jeremy Overseth) of Yankton, SD, Shelby (Mike) Brunz of Ashton, IA, Chaz (Katie Singeton) DeRocher of Kansas City, KS, Catlin DeRocher of Lawton, IA, Taten Kluver of Beresford, SD, Adalyn Shannon of Sioux City, IA, great grandchildren, Colton, Zaylin, Layton, Mickenzie, Novalee, Gracilyn, Ellodie, Cohen, Zepher, Ellianna, Avery, sisters, Sharon McHenry, Barb McHenry, Debbie Buechlar, Terry (Rick) Mason, brothers, Russell (Amy Weylen) McHenry, Richard (Phyllis) McHenry, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Harvey McHenry, Jr., sister, Brenda McHenry, four nephews, Robbie Wilson, Alexander Kluver, Mathew Kluver, Ryan Kluver, brother-in-law, Leroy Buechlar, ex father-in-law, Roy Kluver, ex mother-in-law, Laurine Kluver, two ex sister-in-laws, Susan Kluver, Kimberly McHenry, ex brother-in-law, Louie Wilson, and great granddaughter, Joletta Selzler.
