Steven "Steve" Don Lowell, 74, of Sioux City, IA, passed away September 28, 2025 at a local care center.  Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.  Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Steve was born on December 2, 1950 in Sioux City, IA to Donald and Shirley (Hendricks) Lowell.  He graduated from Central high school  in 1969 and went on to attend Western Iowa Tech.  Steve worked as an electrician throughout Siouxland for many years and was a member of the local Electrical Union.  He enjoyed playing pool league and fishing.  One of his favorite things to do was go to his "camp" on the Missouri river, where he loved to spend his free time.

Those left to honor his memory include his brothers: Denny (Sue), Merlyn (Debbie) and Mike (Stacey); and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
