Stacey R. Bruneau, 52, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at her home. Services will be 6:00 PM Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Waterbury Funeral Services of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home.

Stacey was born September 6, 1968 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Richard and Sherry (Clark) Bruneau. She attended school and graduated from Akron Westfield High School in 1986. Stacey continued her education at Briar Cliff University and St. Luke’s School of Nursing. She married Greg Monell. Together they made their home in Sioux City. They later divorced. Over the years, Stacey worked at St. Luke’s and was a Traveling Nurse.

Stacey loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed attending church and golfing.

Survivors include her daughter, Kelsie Monell of Sioux City, son, Kyle Monell of Sioux City; two grandchildren, Jaydon Anderson and Gisella Anderson; mother, Sherry Bruneau of North Sioux City, SD; step-sons, Shane Monell and Beau (Jill) Monell of Sioux City; Aunts, Uncles, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father and a brother, Richard Bruneau Jr.
