Shirley Arlette Haskins, 89, of Sioux City, IA, passed away January 14, 2026 at Charter Senior Living of North Park Place. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 20 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Southern Hills Baptist Church. Burial will be at Graceland Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
