Sheila A. Summers, 66 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022 at her home. Services will be held 7:00pm Monday, April 18, 2022 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Sheila was born February 13, 1956 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Elmer and Edith (Frerichs) Domnisse. She moved as a teenager to Las Vegas where she graduated from High School. Sheila continued her education and received a Master’s Degree in Psychology.

Sheila returned to Sioux City in 2003 where she worked as a Taxi Cab Driver. She loved her job. Sheila enjoyed working in her garden and going thrifting. She had a very carefree personality. Sheila also loved her pets.

Survivors include her two daughters; Christy Domnisse and April Keokenchanh; significant other, Patrick Morley; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Michael Domnisse.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Alexander Keokenchanh.
