Sebastiano Michael “Mike” Zarbano, 73 of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, at his home with his wife by his side. Services will be held 11:00am Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Shepherd of Peace Church in Sergeant Bluff. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.

Mike was born May 21, 1952, in Sioux City, Iowa the son of Angelo and Josephine (Cuccia) Zarbano. He graduated from East High School and continued his education at WITCC and received his associate’s degree. On January 3, 1976, Mike married Dané Tonner in Sioux City, Iowa, they were married for 49 years, almost to their 50th.

Mike worked at IBP for 23 years, John Morrell for 14 years until they closed, and then he worked at Wal- Mart until he sustained a brain injury.  Mike was a member of the Shepherd of Peace Church.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Dané; son, Levi (Jenessa) Zarbano of Minneapolis; daughter, Leah Zarbano of Minneapolis; brother, Sam Zarbano of St. Peter, Minnesota; and a grandchild, Charlie Zarbano.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Paul Zarbano.
