Sarah Jean (Berg) Holloway

Sarah Jean (Berg) Holloway, 44, of Panama City, FL, formerly of Sioux City, IA, passed away tragically on March 19, 2026 in Florida. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 11 at 1:00 p.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sioux City. Burial will be at a later date at Graceland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Sarah was born on April 17, 1981 in Sioux City, IA to Ronnie “Ron” and Laurel (Kirchner) Berg. She grew up in Sioux City and moved to Florida a few years ago. She was a proud mother of two children. Sarah worked as a CNA while in Sioux City. She loved the beach, all animals, fishing, and riding horses. Despite her struggles in life, she was kind and funny, and fought hard to overcome them.

Those left to honor her memory include her children: Jayla (Austin Rosauer) Berg and Ian Blowe; mother, Laurel Berg; sisters: Amanda Hogan and Heidi Berg; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ron.
