Sally A. Jacobson, 36, of Sioux City, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016 in Sioux City. Arrangements are pending with Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.
Celebration of Life will be held 4:00pm Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Waterbury Funeral Service, 4125 Orleans Ave, with Rev Pat Mersch officiating. Visitation will also be held Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 3-5 at the funeral home.
