Ruth I. White, 76, of Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at a Sioux City hospital. Per her wishes, Ruth will be cremated and private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
