Rosemary “Rose” was born September 15, 1964 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Robert and Nancy (Wagner) Sisk. She was raised in Sioux City area. Over the years Rose worked as a waitress and bartender throughout the area. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, mother and sister. Rose also enjoyed singing and dancing.

Survivors include a daughter, Janelle Brown, son, Joshua Winters; five grandchildren, Adrian Curry, Aalynn Curry, Harley Haig, Brianna Haig and Caleb Winters; mother, Nancy Brown; siblings, Darren (Carrie) Brown, Kelly (Jeff) Kuester, and Jason Brown; nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
