Rosalinda "Rosa" Frahm

Rosalinda "Rosa" Frahm, 66, of Sioux City, IA, passed away at home surrounded by her family on October 16, 2025.  A memorial service will be Saturday, October 25 at 10:00 a.m. at Restoration Church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Rosa was born on June 23, 1959, in McAllen, TX to Maria Alvarado.  She was united in marriage to Daniel Frahm in 1979 in South Sioux City, NE.  Rosa worked as an EKG tech for Mercy Medical Center for 17 years and then worked at the Dunes Surgical Center until her health declined 5 years ago.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She enjoyed attending church, cookouts, baking, and cooking (tamales were her specialty.)

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Dan Frahm; children: Robert Frahm and Erica Barthole; grandchildren: Hannah, Britney, Erin, McKenzie, Cody Jr., Pierce, and Lydia; siblings: Robert Alvarado, Luis Alvarado, Janie Alvarado, and Yolanda Mahon.

She is preceded in death by her parents and stepson, Mike Frahm.
