Ronald L. Seibold Sr. 83 of Sioux City passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, surrounded by his family. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Burial will be in Heisler Cemetery in Mapleton, IA, with Military Honors provided by United States Army.  Covid restrictions will be in place, masks are mandatory.

Ronald was born in Mapleton, Iowa to George and Myrna Seibold.  He joined the military at the age of 17 receiving an honorable discharge in 1962. Ron later moved to Sioux City. Ron worked several years as a carpenter and then 30 plus years at Prince Manufacturing.

He loved to travel with his grandkids, going to the horse races, and most of all, spending time with his family and his dogs.

Ronald is survived by his five sons; Ronald, Jr. (Karen), Michael, Rick, Greg, and Bret, one daughter, Patty, 14 grandkids; Chad, Traci (Charlie), Jessica (John), Michael J, Nicholas, Spencer, Christopher, Michael R, Alicia, Richard, Stevie, Brycen, Christian and Colby, 13 great-grandkids; Caleb, Payton, Carson, Serena, Chase, Anabelle, Aniah, Liam, Sophia, Olivia, Elijah, Nadia and Aliya, one brother, David, and his dog, Princess.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce, son, Bart, daughter, Kathy, three brothers; Donald, Robert, Artie, and four sisters; Rose, Barb, Jean and Sharon.
