Ronald C. Saline, 74, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away February 20, 2022 at a local hospital with family by his side.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, February 26 at Friendship Community Church in Sergeant Bluff. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, February 25 from 4:00-6:30pm with a prayer service beginning at 6:30pm at Waterbury Funeral Service Sioux City.

Ron was born June 25, 1947 in Minneapolis, MN to Clarence and Corrine (Fett) Saline. He graduated from East High School and continued his education at WIT. On May 15, 2000 he married Sylvia Pinaria in Elk Point, SD. They were a true blessing to each other. Ron was a lifelong salesman. He enjoyed time spent with family and friends, traveling with Sylvia as well as other family, socializing, collecting, fishing and going to car races.

Ron was an active member of Friendship Community Church serving on their Membership Team.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia; two daughters, Stacy (Stewart Dyas) Stenum and Jody Saline; four step- daughters, Tracey (Sastra) Widjaja, Shirley (Reza) Wenas, Patricia (Davy) Bernard and Christy Cox; sister, Barbara Stuart; sister-in-law, Judy Strandburg; 23 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. All were his favorite and he told them this often.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents; parents-in-law; son, Jason; grandson, Michael; brother, Larry Strandburg; and brother-in-law, Edward Stuart.
