Ronald J. "Ron" Listman, 71, of Canton, SD formally of Sioux City, IA., passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Celebration of Life will be held from 10:00am till Noon Saturday, September 12, 2020 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.

Ronald Joseph Listman was born on Augusts 16, 1949 in Sioux City. He graduated from a Central High School then enlisted in the Marines, and served during Vietnam. He was united in marriage to Penny Slater in 1991 in New Orleans.

Ron was a mechanic all of his life. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and also flying drone helicopters.

Ron is survived by his son Micah King and his wife Maria of Columbus Junction, Iowa, daughters Tiffany and her husband Jeremy Warnstaff of Muscatine, Iowa, Jessica Wycoff of San Jose, California, his grandchildren Ethan, Trinity, Zachary, Andrew and Celia, four great-grandchildren and a step-daughter, Stacey Steel of Charleston, South Carolina, and his sister, Cindy Lohrman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Penny in 2014 and two brothers, Donald Listman and Rod Lohrman.
