Roma Charlotte Brown, 63, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by her family on December 12, 2024. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Roma was born on September 10, 1961, in Sioux City, IA to Neil and Patricia (Donavan) Edwards. Roma enjoyed camping at Cottonwood Landing and going to concerts.  She was very outgoing and will be missed by many.  She especially loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Those left to honor her memory include her children: James Reed and Patricia Reed; grandchildren: Angeliena Romero, Jessica Romero, Jasmine Grimaldo, Armanda Grimaldo, and Nevaeh Reed; siblings: Cindy Bates, Jess Edwards, Marie Terrones, JoAnn Hemple, and Jeff Donavan; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
