Robert “Bob” Lee Cannon, 63 of Sioux City, Iowa died Friday, November 27, 2020 from Covid-19.  Private Family Funeral Service will be held.

Bob truly loved life. There was not a person he would not greet and talk to, he always wanted people to have a good time and enjoy themselves. Once people got through that gruff exterior shell, he was the kindest hearted person. Bob would go out of his way to help and talk to anyone. This was apparent in his love for being a Shrine Clown. This was one of his greatest joys. He was proud to dress up in his Clown outfit. Bob always wanted to make the kids smile or laugh. It was ingrained in who he was. Bob was a fixture at Floyd Softball Park. He just wouldn’t quit. Loved the game and loved to umpire. Summer evenings he could be found there shooting the breeze with whoever was at the park. Bob also was a member of Saturday in the Park. The months leading up to the big event would find him running down donations. Bob loved Classic Rock and all of the bands and groups that appeared over the many years he volunteered. He tried to spread his love of music on to his children and grandchildren. Bob graduated from South Sioux City in 1975. He worked 31 years at Walmart in Sioux City. Bob loved his family and friends. Bob was blessed with 3 children and 2 grandsons. His proudest moments were when his grandsons were born. Bob would talk about them constantly

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandi, sons, Robert (Jessica) and Chris, daughter, Cassandra (Joe Trudell), grandsons, Cyrus Joe and Landon Lee, sisters, Gwen Cannon, Barb (Bob) Guinn, Sue Thompson, Debbie (Terry) Harter.
