Robert “Bob” Brandt, age 78, passed away Tuesday, September 4th, 2024, due to health complications.  A memorial service will be held Friday, September 13, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at Landmark Baptist Church, 917 Court St. Sioux City. IA.  Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Bob was born to Fred and Gwendolyn (Holliday) Brandt on March 17, 1946, in Dunlap, Iowa. Early 1969, Bob met Judy Johme and they were married later that year. He was blessed with 6 children. Bob served in the Navy and worked in the Insurance and Sales industries for many years. He also owned and operated his own Deli.

Bob belonged to the Baptist church and served many years until he went into the nursing home. He loved to fish with his kids and grandkids, and he loved to be around people. In 2015, he lost his wife to cancer and missed her very much.

He leaves behind 6 children, Bobbi Divis (Dale), Robin Glaze (Chris), Matt Brandt (Shelly), Rebecca Brandt, Liz Haider, Mike Brandt, 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
