Rhonda R. Rouillard, 60 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her family. Wake Services will be held 11:00am Monday, April 23, 2023, at the St. Paul's Indian Mission and go till Tuesday, April 24, 2023. Services will be held at the Oyate Community Center in Santee, Nebraska Thursday, April 27, 2023.

Rhonda was born February 14, 1963, in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Edwin Antoine and Alice Faye (RedOwl) Rouillard. She grew up in Sioux City, Iowa, where she worked at John Morrell for 15 years. Rhonda then went on to work at a local nursing home for 20 plus years. She loved to dance and be around her family and friends.

She is survived by her mother, Alice Rouillard, five daughters: Adasa Rouillard, Rachael Paul, Rhonda Yanez, Mercedes Sandoval, Yasmeen Sandoval, three sons: Tavis Rouillard, Sr., Eddie Sandoval, Lucian Rouillard, two brothers, Randy and Adam Rouillard, eight sisters: Dawn Rouillard, Michelle Rouillard, Stephanie Rouillard, Monica Lopez, LeAnne Red Owl, Lydia Rouillard, Raquel Painter, Rochelle Selby, and many many grandchildren.

Rhonda is preceded in death by her father, son, Jonas Rouillard, Longtime companion, Robert Dale, two sisters, Sheila Rouillard, Melanie Birdie, one grandson, Chetan Rouillard, and two granddaughters, Wanagi and Tavaiah Rouillard, nephew, DeMarcus Rouillard.
