Randy R. Wiley, 58 of Sioux City, died Saturday, November 26, 2016 at a local hospital.
Services will be 1 pm Wednesday, November 30th at Four Directions Community Center, 613 Water Street. Burial will be in Sloan Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City and the Santee Nation Wake and Burial Services.
Randy Ray Wiley was born on December 20, 1957 in Glendale, California, the son of Clayton and Norma (Frazier) Wiley. They moved to Sioux City where he attended North High School. He moved to California and graduated in 1976 from Palo Verde High School, and then attended a community college. He excelled in Basketball during his school years.
In 1979 he was married to Julie Lynch. They later divorced. During the 1980’s he lived in Sioux City, then during the 1990’s he lived in Omaha, as a mason worker. Later, he moved to Bancroft, Nebraska and worked as a metal fabricator for an implement dealer. Randy was an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan and he loved to fish.
Randy is survived by his sons Travis Baker of Sioux City, Randy Wiley, Jr. of Kearney, NE; daughters Essence Nagrant of Limerick, PA and Crystal Johnson of Pottstown, PA; 4 grandsons, Carlos, Logan, Patrick and Travis, Jr; sisters Rhonda Wiley and Staci Torrez both of Sioux City, and Robbi LeMaster of South Sioux City, NE.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Sandra Martinez and brother Clinton Wiley.
