Randall D. Dunagan, 65, of Sioux City, passed away Thursday, September 17 , 2020. Funeral Service will be held 10:30am Wednesday, September 23 , 2020 at the Redeemer Luther Church. Burial will be in Albaton Cemetery, Albaton, IA. Military Honors provided by the United States Army. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm with prayer service at 7pm Tuesday, September 22 , 2020 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
