Rachel J. Johnson, 45 of Sioux City, died Thursday, July 11, 2024 at a local hospital.  A Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, July 20th, 2024 from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Rachel was born on March 26, 1979 in Sioux City, the daughter of Lee Rayls and Susan Johnson. Rachel attended West High School. Rachel met the love of her life, Paul Lewis during 2004. Rachel had worked at Quizno, Select Mart, and for the past 12 years, Siouxland Lock and Key. She loved her children, family and was a very social person.

Rachel is survived by Paul Lewis; her son Waylon Lewis; daughter, Kaylynn Lewis; her mother, Sue Johnson; and her two brothers, Travis (Amy) Johnson and Daniel (Marilyn Lara) Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Rayls.
