Obituary
Priscilla M. (Kirchner) Howard, 82 of Dakota Dunes, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 at a care facility in South Dakota.
Memorial Services will be held 6 pm, Monday, July 11, 2016 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Avenue. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery at a later date. Visitation with the family present from 5-7 pm also on Monday.
Priscilla "Pat" was born on October 4, 1933 in Ottumwa, Iowa, the daughter of Orville and Mamie (Millman) Sherwy. Pat was married to Clyde Kirchner on November 14, 1951 in South Sioux City. They moved to Sioux City in 1951.
Pat worked at Bellas Hess then Younkers in her early years, then as a LPN at nursing homes until retiring. In 1979 she was married to Charles Howard. He died in 2007.
Pat is survived by her daughter Laurel and her husband Ron Berg of Sioux City; 12 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; and her sister, Sally McNulty of Ottumwa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her daughters, Beverly McPherson and Julie Bullit, her sons, Dan Kirchner and John Kirchner, 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
