Priscilla F. Chicoine, 88, of Sioux City, passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 at her residence. A visitation will be held from 3:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Burial will be at 11:00 am Friday, October 30, 2015 at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Priscilla was born on January 6, 1927 in Wayne, Nebraska, the daughter of Albert and Velma (Powers) Milliken. She married Fernand Chicoine on June 2, 1946. He passed away on March 5, 2003. Priscilla was an accountant at Midwest Shop Supplies for many years. She loved playing cribbage, and would play with the Riverside Cribbage League weekly.

Survivors include her children: Carol (Kim) Rogers of Dakota Dunes, Debra Frazee of Sioux City, Diane (Jerry) Baldwin of Apple Valley, MN, Doreen Allison of Sioux City, and Delvin (MiWha) Chicoine of Ridgecrest, CA, brothers: Albert Jr., Robert, and Larry Milliken, sister: Betty Bull, grandchildren: Jason Johnston, Jodi Weiser, Scott, Brent, Brad Frazee, Melissa Boettcher, Jeremy Baldwin, Tami Allison, Staci Clark, Katie Ferdig, Jennifer Holbrook, and Michael-Paul Chicoine, 27 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one grandchild, and one great grandchild.
