Phyllis Marie Williams, 77, of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016 at a local hospital, surrounded by her loved ones. Services will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. A visitation will be held from 4-8 with family present from 6-8 and a prayer service at 7:00 pm, Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be following the service at Graceland Park Cemetery.

Phyllis was born on October 22, 1939 in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Marvin J. and Eunice (Sisson) Price. Phyllis grew up in south western Iowa. She married Rolland A. Spencer in 1952 and they later divorced. Phyllis married Don Williams of Sioux City in 1961, he passed away in 2001.

Phyllis worked as a waitress at various businesses: Crystal Truck Stop, Diamond Horseshoe, Younkers Cafe, and Bonanza. She enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, adult coloring books, spending time with her family, and having coffee with her Prime Living friends.

Survivors include children, Randy (Kevin) Spencer of Maurice, IA, Cheri (Paul) Boeckman of Wall Lake, IA, and Chris (Wayne) Hardin of Morrill, NE; brother, Kermit (Betty) Price of California; step brother, Fred (Mary Ellen) Burns of Cromwell, IA; grandchildren, Kellie, Jane, Lisa, Jean, Wayne, Michelle, and Wayne Jr.; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and special friends, Susan Sack and Darrell Merkley.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, and great grandson twins, Keaton and Keegan.
