Philip “Phil” Edward Trudeau, 64, of Sioux City, IA passed away on February 18, 2025.  A Memorial Services will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, February 26, at Morningside Bible Church.  Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Salix, IA at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Phil was born on October 23, 1960, in Sioux City, IA to Martin and Kathryn (Bartels) Trudeau.  Phil was a member of Morningside Bible Church and loved his church and church family.  He worked at Goodwill Industries for the last 15 years in the janitorial department.  Phil loved woodworking; he was very talented at building and carving.  Phil also loved rock music, riding his bicycle and fishing.

Those left to honor his memory include his sisters: Linda Trudeau, Norfolk, NE,  Gail Trudeau, Raytown, MO, Rita (Geary) Monckton, Rio Rancho, NM; brothers: David (Roberta) Trudeau, Harlingen, TX, and Darwin Trudeau, Salix, IA; sister-in-law, Gina Rush, Onawa, IA; nieces and nephews: Talia (Scott) Kammer, Chelsea (fiancé Tony Phillips) Wilton, Britney (Richard) Ribble, Hailey (fiancé Christopher Guyton) Monckton, Dana (Brian) Nuzum, Corinne Saner, Lacy Dell Spaulding, and Jesse Trudeau; great-nieces and nephews: Ainslie, Ellis, Kaelyn, Emelie, Rhett, Loyal James, Taylin, Chevelle, Kodiak, and Ashton.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Wayne Philip Trudeau.
