Patsy L. Denning, 76, of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away April 20, 2025. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 25th at 10:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery.

Patsy Denning was born on May 22, 1948, to Clarence & Mildred Freese in Emmetsburg, IA & later moved to Sioux City, Iowa.

Patsy was united in marriage to Ronald Denning on October 15, 1988. She enjoyed music, singing, dancing and taking care of her grandchildren when they were younger. Also, enjoyed flowers (especially lilacs and petunias), plants, & had quite the green thumb.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Ron Denning, daughters: Kelly Navrkal (Jim), Tasha Pointer (Matt), Sabrinna Chartier (Dustin), Tonya Schmitz, & Son Joshua Mahnke (Amber); grandchildren, Zach Kee, Faith Zeigler, Seth Pointer, Abby Escobedo, Jadyn Chartier, Jackson Schmitz, Dominic Schmitz, Ethan Mahnke, Andrew Mahnke, Dylan Mahnke; great grandchildren, Elliyanah Escobedo and Baby Zeigler on the way; Sisters: Sharon Cheevers (Porky); Juanita Upson, & Sylvia Russell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Juanita Upson.
