Patrick Edward Foreman

Patrick Edward Foreman, 26, of Sioux City, IA, passed away May 16, 2026. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, May 21 from 4-7:00 p.m. at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Patrick was born on June 8, 1999 in Sioux City, IA to Tim and Mary Therese (McDonald) Foreman. He graduated from West High School in 2017 and went on to attend WIT. He worked as a cook at Hy-Vee. Patrick enjoyed going to Okoboji, WWE, baseball, videogames, and music. He loved his family and took great pride in caring for his nieces and nephews.

Those left to honor his memory include his parents; Tim and Mary Therese Foreman; brother, Daniel (Jeanette) Foreman; sister, Elizabeth (Anthony) Scherman; nieces and nephew: Danica Mauer-Foreman and Gibson & Aurora Scherman.He is preceded in death by grandparents Ed & Pat Foreman, Donnie & Mary Ellen McDonald, uncle Steve McDonald, aunt Connie Saunders.
