Patricia Jean Foster, 74, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Friday, May 16, 2026 at her home. Private services for the family have already been held. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Services of Sioux City.
Patricia was born on March 11, 1952 to Donald and Sydney (Twiford) Pilgrim. Patricia worked at Palmer Candy. Patricia was a beloved mother, grandma and great grandma who will be missed by all who were lucky to know her.
