Patricia Rae Burr, 73, of Sioux City, Iowa died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Casa De Paz of Sioux City. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.

Patricia was born June 24, 1944 in St. Joseph, Missouri the daughter of Eugene and Francis (Borkowski) Frakes. She moved with her family to Omaha, NE and later to Sioux City where she attended school and graduated from Heelan High School.

Pat married Richard E. Burr in 1963. Together they made their home in Sioux City. Pat spent her working life in the Banking industry, retiring from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as the Director. Richard died in 2002.

Pat enjoyed traveling with her family to Mexico on several trips.

Survivors include her son, Bruce Burr of Sioux City and a daughter, Jody Burr, of Sioux City; 3 grandchildren, Abigail L. Burr, Trinity Anderson and Molly Sek, all of Sioux City, IA; sister, Carol (Bill) Suter of Wallace, NC and a brother, Dennis (Pam) Frakes of St. Joseph, MO; extended family, Rashelle Katseres, Alexis Katseres and Richard Katseres; many nephews, other relatives and friends.
