Pamela A. Mohr, 66 , of Sergeant Bluff, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Touchstone Living Center.

Services will be held 12:00, noon on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.

Graveside service will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Calvary Cemetery.

Pam was born on November 25, 1948 in Sioux City, the daughter of Ray and Blanche (Foulk) Burns.

Pam graduated from Central High School in Sioux City. She worked at Hy-Vee for 30 plus years, lastly as the manager of the Health and Beauty Care Department. Pam was an avid auto racing fan and also enjoyed watching her grandchildren at sporting events.

Survivors include her son Kevin Mohr of Sergeant Bluff, daughters: Kelly and her husband Bryce Morgan of Sergeant Bluff and Karla and her husband David Jackson of Sioux City, and two grandchildren: Cody and Braydon Morgan.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents.
