Opal Ann Barger, 81, of Sioux City, IA passed away December 22, 2025 at a local hospital. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 30 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
