Oliver "Milt" Milton Williams, Jr., 84, of Sioux City, IA passed away April 10, 2026. A graveside service will be held Monday, April 27 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Milt was born on January 8, 1942 in Gatesville, TX to Oliver and Frankie (Burt) Williams. He later moved to Alcester, SD where he worked as a mechanic and driver. He was married, had 2 children, and was later divorced. He loved fishing anywhere and anytime.

Those left to honor his memory include his son, Jeff; grandson, Scott, and sisters: Betty J. Holthe and Norma J. Miller.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Scott; and brother, Claude.
