Norma Marie Sanderson, born on October 27, 1942, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, love, and unwavering generosity. A celebration of Norma’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her memory by performing an act of kindness in her name. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
Norma was a force of nature, a larger-than-life personality whose warmth and compassion touched everyone she met. She believed that no one should go without love or a helping hand, and she lived by that belief every day. Whether it was family, friends, or a stranger in need, Norma was always ready to offer support, encouragement, and a comforting presence.
Her sweet soul radiated joy, and her laughter was contagious. She had a rare gift for making people feel special, for seeing the good in everyone, and for reminding the world that kindness matters. She leaves behind a community of loved ones who were forever changed by her generosity and light. Her daughter Frankie Konz, son in law Brian Konz, granddaughter Savanna Pratt, grandson in law Justin Pratt, great granddaughter Aiden Pratt, and great grandson Draven Pratt.
Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched. Norma’s love will continue to guide us, and her memory will forever be a beacon of warmth and compassion.
Norma was preceded in death by her husband Lee Roy Rudd, he late in life love Michael Sanderson, mother Jewel White, sister, Esther Bocchicchio and brother in law Frank Bocchicchio.
Rest easy, sweet Norma. Your love remains in our hearts forever. We will take over from here.
