She was born on Mother’s Day, May 10, 1970 to Patricia Christine McGill and Randall Lloyd Hampton in Bellflower, California. Michelle attended Chula Vista Senior High as well as Dayville High School. In 1998 Michelle married David Downing and once again was blessed with her second angel, Regan Elise Downing.
In 2005 Michelle married “her true soul mate” David Maldonado and together they brought two additional angels into the world and justly named them Angel Rafael Maldonado and Selena Maria Maldonado.
In 2008 Michelle made the decision to relocate to South Sioux City, Nebraska where she met and became engaged to Bradley Linn. Their unity created two additional angels to her life naming them Landon Lennon Linn and Catlee Colleen Linn.
Michelle had an amazing life not only as a Mother to six beautiful angelic children but as a musician, singer, artist as well as a talented writer and poet. Michelle was most recently employed at Jackson Recovery Center as a Counselor. To help others in this manner was something that she was so proud of. She brought a rare beauty into this world and showed it to all who met her. Her compassion and empathy is something that will live on through her children as well as all of the lives she touched.
One of Michelle's biggest wishes in life was that we all love one another and give peace a chance. “Always remember your spirituality and give the world the best you have and although it may never be enough give your best always.”
