Melissa "Missy" Lee Sullivan, 49, died January 6, 2021 in Sioux City, Iowa. Services will be held 2:00pm Monday, January 18 , at Waterbury Funeral Services of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave.

Melissa was born on November 21, 1971 to James and Joell (Keller) Sullivan.

Melissa was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved her children and grandchildren with all she had. She enjoyed playing bingo and going on car rides. She was an outgoing and very funny woman. Melissa will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Melissa is survived by her daughters, Hope Pippitt and Holli Pippitt, both of Sioux City, three grandchildren Azalea Bassett, Baelfire Bassett, and Callahan Pippitt, all of Sioux City, sister, Sheila (Victor) Ahrens, of Sioux City, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Joell Sullivan, son, Blake Sullivan and sister, Mary Sullivan.

A memorial service followed by a luncheon will be held in Sioux City at Waterbury Funeral Home when arranged.
