MaryLee Raasch, 86 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at a local hospital, surrounded by her family and friends. Services will be held 10:00am Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the Waterbury Funeral Services of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

MaryLee was born July 1, 1935 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Lee and Mary (Bohan) Kolvek. She graduated from East High School in 1954. MaryLee married Herman Raasch on December 10, 1954. She worked at the Osteopathic Hospital in Sioux City, Boyers Provisions, and was a self employed residential and commercial cleaning lady. She owned and operated Raasch Cash and Carry Roe Dairy.

She enjoyed vacationing in Minnesota and Florida and going to Nascar Races.

MaryLee is survived by her two sons, Mark Raasch, David (Andrea) Raasch, brother, Jim (MaryAnn) Kolvek, four grandchildren, Alison (Josh Hair) Raasch, Natalie (Nick Perry) Raasch, Kyle (Rachel) Raasch, Jason Langan, two great grandchildren, Cash, Rylan and her beloved kitty, Sassy.

She is preceded in death by her parents, infant son, Randy, brother, Lee “PeeWee” Kolvek and his wife Donna.
