Mary Louise Nesbitt, 95, of Sioux City, died Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Westwood Nursing Home. Per her wishes, she has donated her body to the University of Iowa College of Medicine.
Mary requested that no funeral services were to be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
Mary was born on September 19, 1921 in Carroll, IA to Alva U. and Etta (Lynn) Nesbitt. She was raised in the Scranton and Ralston, Iowa area. Mary worked for Bell Telephone as an operator and later became a supervisor. He career brought her to Sioux City where she spent most of life.
