Mary K. Jones, 76 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at a care facility in Holstein, IA. Funeral Services will be held 10:30am Thursday, June 2 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm with a prayer service at 6:30pm Wednesday, June 1 at the funeral home.

Mary was born January 10, 1946 in Sioux City, IA. the daughter of Bernard and Etta (Jones) Tucker. She graduated from Central High School in 1964. In September of 1964 she married Gary Jones, and they made their home in Sioux City, IA. Mary and Gary ran Jones Auction Company for over 57 years. She also worked at St. Lukes for 32 years.

Mary enjoyed traveling with Gary and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Gary of Sioux City, IA, son, Jim (Darci) Jones of Sioux City, IA, daughter, Machelle (Todd) Shilling of Salix, IA, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Zachary, two brothers, Dexter, Tom and infant sister, Donna Fae.
