Martin R. Schoenherr, 46 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at his home.  Private Family Funeral Services will be held. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Waterbury Funeral Service in Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave.

Martin Roger Schoenherr was born January 3, 1974 in Iowa City, Iowa the son of Harold and Dorene (Reinart) Schoenherr. Martin grew up in Elk Point, SD and graduated from Elk Point High School. Martin worked at Interbake Foods as a machine operator.

He liked cars of all models; Martin also enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles, and collecting them too. He loved to spend time with his family and hang out with his boys.

Martin is survived by his parents, Harold and Dorene of Elk Point, SD, ex-wife, Stephanie Blanford of Onawa, two sons, Zackary and Andrew Schoenherr of Onawa, IA, two daughters, Regina Schoenherr, and Savana Kruegar, three brothers; Mark of Aberdeen, SD, Roger (Jennifer) of Sioux City, IA,  Dale (Jaqueline) of Sioux City, IA, and one sister, Ruth Schoenherr of Mankato, MN.
